Quality Assurance Program
We augment all our work with oversight from our building leads, coaches or supervisors, who also provides auditing and training to ensure the quality of service. Our entire organization utilizes competitive scoreboards and competitions to raise the quality, responsiveness, and friendliness.
Our performance results are captured in our customer support system – providing a closed loop system of accountability and responsibility. The result is a system which ensures a high standard of cleaning, remarkably nimble and very efficient.
Sustainability Practices
SECO Solutions has been committed to sustainability since our inception. We switched to protein-based, environmentally safe cleaning products. The transition keeps over 300,000 gallons of toxic material out of the environment annually. That’s over $2.4m gallons! A transition to hybrid and high mileage vehicles meant a conservation of over 6,000 gallons of fuel each year.
In addition, we help clients transition to more sustainable consumable products strategies – foam soaps, liners, and automatic dispensers. SECO Energy Solutions is our environmental engineering group that assist our clients in more complex energy and resource conservation activities – lighting retro-fits, more complex infrastructure upgrades, financing and behavioral services.
